Rentals in Kinsley are getting harder to find because of all the activity from the Spearville and Dodge City area. Many of the them are 2 bedrooms and some do have fenced yard and would allow dogs. Right now we do not have anything at all available, but that can change at any time. I'm also in touch several other who have rentals. I have a simple rent application I can email to you and can then watch for something that may become available. Just send me your email address.
Thanks,
John

I contacted a company about the repairs and was told they would most likely to have to take down 2 of the walls and build new forms. If you would like more information please feel free to contact me directly.
Thanks

There has been a steady increase in the number of investors that are purchasing mid to upper level homes and then looking for good renters to live in them. We are also seeing a few home owners who are willing to rent with the option to buy in the Newton, Kansas area. These are not too plentiful, since many sellers need to sell in order to move on with their lives, but we have been successful in getting some of these set up. We also keep a list of current homes for rent in the Harvey County area. Many local landlords call in their homes with specifics. These lists can be picked up for free at the RE/MAX Associates front desk any weekday between 8:30 AM and 5 PM and on Saturday
from 9-2.

There are several real estate offices that also offer rentals, along with individuals like my self that have rentals for lease.

You will find a few "large" apartment complexes in JC as well and many "small" apartment buildings.

if you have a pet you should state that first because a lot of rentals to do not allow pets. State how many bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. you are looking for and your price range.

2 bedrooms will go for $600 and up; 3 bedrooms $800 and up and 4 bedrooms $1,000 and up.

I wish you well in your search.

Cassoday Country Store sells regular gas and diesel. They also provide a full lunch buffet five days a week and have cold sandwiches, burgers, fries, etc., all open hours. Store carries some livestock feed and normal convenience store items.
There is also a family "bar" in Matfield Green, about 8 miles away, that has great food and good times Tuesday thru Saturday and some Sundays for lunch and dinner.
The Matfield Green service area on I-35 is just four miles away on the turnpike. There is a McDonalds and a Circle K convenience store and gas station.
We DO have amenities!

Way back when I was young, we would visit the new neighborhood, meet our new neighbors and decide if this was a place that we'd like to live.
This was the way we did it when FATHER KNEW BEST and we lived next door to the CLEAVERS.

Nowadays, people don't even speak to their neighbors and everyone lives in fear.

I like the way it was.

If you are needing to find out about a permit in Wichita, it's so easy. Just call 316-268-4477 for Central Inspection. Ask for Residential Building Permits. Be sure you know the address of the home and a time frame of when you think the work was done. If you would rather go on-line for info, just go to www.wichita.gov/CityOffices/OCI/ and select the Residential Building Permit link. If you just want to talk to someone in person, drive to the City Hall at 455 N Main and go up to the 7th floor. They are friendly there and will help you! ~Cindy ... more

Ok, here's the deal.....first off, your age doesn't matter. As long as you are not a minor and can legally enter into a contract, you are good.

In terms of your score, it appear too low to qualify as is. In terms of your finace's score, it is great and she may qualify, but if she attempts to qualify alone, you cannot use combined income. And your joint savings can only be used if she is on the account or there are other gifting options that can be looked at.

Your best bet is to sit down with a local lender and have them pull credit scores, verify incomes, look at debt ratios, and give you both options separately or together based on the factual findings. Good Luck.

The Multiple Listing Service in Kansas City historically has not had a good way for realtors to track rental inventory. A couple of months ago, they began allowing us to input rental inventory; I would be happy to share that list with you if you haven't resolved your living situation yet. If nothing else, I can pass on some contact information for a company that rents homes in the area.

No, If she's not going to live there it would have to go under investment. We have a loan for investment property where she could finance 100% and above that finance all the fee's, repairs and whatever else is necessary. You are welcome to call me anytime with any questions.

If you live in KS all adults are required to be on the lease. If your "new" landlord doesn't pull your credit he may or may not find out. I would recommend that you payoff your judgement so if it comes up in the future it will show it has been paid. Also, ask for proof when the payoff has happened.so you can show future landlords. ... more
