Cassandra,
I'm sorry you feel that way. People are what they are, people. If u smile at someone walking down the street and they don't return a smile to u; they are not worth your time or effort. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience so we can go over your criteria/price range, etc and find a home in a neighborhood that fitd your needs and budget.
Best regards,
Chris

Hi Amelia,

I am not sure what area you are referring to, but just as well, because as Realtors we are not to make any such judgments or statements.

What I can tell you though, is that you can call the local police department and ask how many times in a recent period they were called to the area for various reasons, or even called to the very block or address.

You can also find city crime stats info online at city-data.com

Good luck on your search for a new home and let me know if you need help.
