First of all there is NO WAY that is a legitimate listing, at that monthly rate. A house of that size would be a MINIMUM of $2800./month.

That means that it's a scam and has been accidentally picked up by Trulia's Internet "crawler".

If something SOUNDS too good to be true, it usually is.

Good morning,

The typical price point for Irvine 3 bedroom is 2300+. It’s difficult to find a 2 bedroom at 1850. You might want to consider Lake Forest, Tustin, Anaheim and Santa Ana. You should be able to find 3 bedrooms closer to the 1850.

Good luck in your search

It's not that simple. To evict a tenant with a one year lease before it expires, the landlord has to prove that you violated the lease. Disturbing neighbors is usually a lease violation, but as a tenant you have the right to fight the eviction. Recommend you review your case with an attorney. ... more

There aren't really any bad areas of Irvine, but rents have always been on the higher end, as Irvine is a very desirable place to live. I would consider any 2br/2ba under $2000/mo reasonable for the area.,CA/2p_beds/2p_baths/#for_rent/Irvine,CA/2p_beds/2p_baths/0-2000_price

Hi Deborah. Sometimes it's actually better (and you get more bang for your buck) to rent a nice room in a nice home. Make sure you speak with neighbors to see if the house has any problems with tenants or the owners.

Have you checked out sharing options under HOUSING on Craigslist in your city, yet?
This is a great place to start.

What is your price range and how many bedrooms do you need? There are several areas with reasonable rents but I would have to check each one individually to see whether or not they would consider a short term or month to month lease. There are currently 11 one bedroom listings available in Irvine priced $1,500 or less. There are 37 active listings with 2 bedrooms priced $2,000 or less. If you send me your search criteria I can narrow it down and email you the listings that meet your needs. email: ... more
