I may have something for you but it is not quite ready. When did you need to move in? Is there a reason you don't want to purchase instead?

Kim Nash answered:
unfortunately, finding a home in Brownsburg or even most of Central Indiana is very difficult. A few years when the market spiraled and many families were faced with short-sales or a foreclosure, those families didn't want to move out of a home they were used to and into an apartment. At that time, rentals became very sought-after and in turn very hard to find as well. The market is very much improving, however, finding a rental is still difficult. You might want to consider Rent - to - own or if possible purchasing a home. The interest rates are still at an all-time low which means you can afford much more than you could 5-6 years ago when the interest rates were doubled what they are now. I can send you a grid that will show what a basic mortgage payment would be depending on the price of the home and the current interest rate.

If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me via my email address or by phone.

Have a wonderful day!!

Kim

Alain Picard answered:
You will need to find someone who is willing to rent their home to you for the next "X" number of years and then you would usually need to obtain financing to purchase the home from them. Just make sure that whatever terms you agree to will be possible for you when it comes time to purchase. Talk to a lender now and see how long before you will be able to qualify for a mortgage because you don't want to enter a "Rent with Option to Buy" without knowing when you will be able to actually buy. If you click on the link below it will take you to my Blog about how a "Rent to Own" works.

Try the link I sent. It's a quick search in Pike Township with 3 bedrooms, and I did a keyword for rent. Check them out, and send me an email if you have any questions.
