Unfortunately, you are minimum three years from the date of foreclosure. So - probably you are looking at the end of the year earliest. Find out the actual foreclosure date of your former home so you know.

You can talk to a lender and they can give you that information.

Fannie Mae is not a wholesaler so I wouldn't except wholesale pricing from them. Their prices are often higher this year as they offer very generous and easy financing terms.

Well. if they do they will support it, if not, they won't. Fast food needs local dollars coming in the doors, and will respond when they don't get them.
It is always hard to tell how much opposition or support there is for a new business based on vocal comments by a few, you just don't know how many residents they really represent.
Why do you ask that here?

My son graduated 2nd in his HS class at Woodland School and is currently a 4.0 student in college. I am also involved with the local Key Clubs and find outstanding students and faculty through that organization. I would be happy to talk to you more about the schools and the community. You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!
