I see a lot of these questions in different forms and sometimes you just have to wonder how many of these questions are posted by testers...

My recommendation to you is to drive the different areas in your city that interest you and compare what like. YOU will have to make the distinction of what's "best" for you. If you really want to know what's going on in an area, visit multiple times at different times of the day. Ask your friends/co-workers/family where they live and what they think.

Best of luck.

This might be the wrong question first. I would suggest that you start NOW to develop a relationship with a professional Realtor!

Start the process if your do not know a few. Ask your friends whom they used and would recommend. If you are not from the area that you want to buy in let an agent that you do know or one of your friends agent help you find one. Always ask for referrals, it is one of the bes ways to find good Realtors. ... more
