Many love living in the Seven hills Community.
The recession is pretty much the same throughout the city with approx 50% in property value drop for 2006 to now.
Weather is nice to warm to hot depending on the time of year.
Serious Shopping - is done usually in town and down in Temecula a 30 minute drive.

I live in the Mayberry neighborhood. It has no Mello Roos or Special Assessments so taxes are low. It does not have an HOA but does have a good neighborhood watch. There are 2 other nice neighborhoods and one of them is Lennar homes. You will love this area, it is a fast commute to most areas of southern Cal., The schools are great, the parks are nice, and you are walking distance to shopping. There is just too many nice things to go over so just give me a call at 951-219-8045.
P.S. Willow Walk does have a lot of problems, if you are really interested in that neighborhood I can go over them with you so you can make an informed decision.

See link below for school information; also consider a visit to the school, ask for a tour of the facilities, speak to the principal, teachers, etc., and then make your determination--keep in mind that what may be good for one, is not necessarily the case for another.

I have never heard of such a thing. The person that told you this is he/she the property manager you hired? Anyway, I don't believe you need a business license to rent out your own home. If you were becoming a property manager for other people's homes than I can see where you would need one but to rent your own home out I don't believe there is any such need. Good luck and if you ever decide to sell your home please let me know. As you can see from my profile page I specialize in the Hemet area. Have a wonderful day.
