Andres Garcia answered:
Jessica,

While a few homes traded in the low 400 range, the majority of homes were priced in the low to mid 300s to begin with.

Very few homes are left in the second building so the developer appears to be unloading what is left. In general price drops are a little more severe in emerging areas, which Harrison is. The overall economy has slowed the redevelopment in Harrison so a lot of the amenities people were counting on have not materialized yet, that also impacts pricing. Overall the area should be a good investment, it's just the question of how long the full build-out will take. Once some of the retail opens the area should take off.
