There has only been one unit sold by a Realtor on MLS and that was back in 1999. There are only 40 units and none for sale on MLS since that one in 1999. Doubt anyone would be aware but there are many sites that you can write reviews on and make it known. If a unit is ever for sale someone can then google it. If there are lawsuits that will come up during a title search for future owners. ... more

There was no home address provided. Please let us know what home you are interested in.

In Houston, many people ask how far it is from point "A" to point "B". Most people do not know and don't care how many miles. They care in regards to how LONG it takes to get there!

The Houston Transtar Web site is very helpful in regards to understanding the traffic on the main freeways and learning about the toll roads in the area. They have statics that can help you estimate drive times. Please visit my web site for the link.

Good Luck!

I don't know the Austin area as I am in Denver, CO. However, I always tell people to check out once they have an idea of the neighborhood they want to look at. It is a great way to find out what is in the surrounding area. Here is the link

Hi Susan ...

Our Code of Ethics strictly forbids us to pass judgment on any specific location. There are plenty of sites that will show crime statistics by Zip Code ... you might want to try or Overall information such as demographics, etc. can be obtained at Your best bet, though, is to drive around at different times of the day ... evenings and weekends are usually a good indication of what is occurring in a given location.

As for values present and future, nobody can predict an area's performance with any degree of certainty. The recent (and ongoing) housing crisis could not have been foreseen ... otherwise, people would have stopped buying homes long before that.

Incidentally, even when purchasing a new home, you should have representation. Builders' sales agents work for them ... you need someone on your side, especially since such expertise comes at no cost to you.. I'd be happy to work with you. Please feel free to contact me if I can be of further assistance ... (713) 213-6350 ... I wish you well with your search. Regards ...

Found a link to Texas Dirt Bikes, Houston. I would also search, on the internet, for dirt bike forums in the Houston area for the best details.

Depends what type of non-residential. When you say that, it automatically makes me think it is commercial property. Retail? Warehouse? Manufacturing?

A commercial real estate agent could probably help you. Keller Williams has a great commercial real estate division and I would be happy to put you in touch with a great agent in the Houston area.

Give me a call so I can find out exactly what area you are in so I can point you in the right direction.

Seabrook is about 30-35 minutes South of downtown Houston. In a great school district. Close to water. So boating is a great sport for the community. There is windstorm that is required along with the normal homeowners. In some areas, there may be required flood...just depends on the zone the home is in. But it is a good area for investments. Let me know if you need any assitance to find some properties. ... more
