Total move in costs will vary depending on where you're moving too. If you're renting, different landlords will have different requirements for deposit, and first months rent. Some will require deposit, first month and last months rent. Probably an additional deposit if you have pets. Find the area you want to be in, look for rentals and contact the landlord to get additional information and details, and ask if they would be willing to work with you, in paying the deposit over a couple months so you need less up front. ... more

Nice neighborhood near Hamilton Southeastern High School. A variety of one-story and two-story homes. Beazer is the builder. It's just across the street from Avalon, which is a Pulte neighborhood. It is much larger and includes one-story, two-story homes, toe homes and maintenance-free let me know if you need any additional information, such as sales stats.

Hi Gary,

I don't know why, but many of the homes listed on sites like Trulia
and others, don't carry correct information about homes that are
not on the market. I have no complaints about the information
they provide about homes that are currently listed because they
pull that information straight from the brokers. But homes they
show just for neighborhood information, often contain errors.

If you need information about a home, feel free to phone.

Hi Shelly, Fishers is known for all of their great schools so you will most likely be happy with the one that is chosen. I have a Schools Tab on my website that has three different evaluation tools so you might have a look at that at I also write a Fishers Blog that has an events and hot spots section for what is fun to do. It is also on the same website under the Blogs tab.

Welcome to Fishers!
