I hope we have seen the low price in some buildings already. For example San Carlos sold for much lower 6 months ago than more recently. You can still find buildings that haven't had sales in a long time and when you look at the pricing there it is just not market price. We are finding many listings getting multiple offers. As mortgages get even harder to come by and with more notices of default still being sent out there may still be some lower pricing to come this fall. I would hope that would be the last price drop if we do in fact see another price drop then. There are more cash buyers than ever before. Paying cash is best and will definately help you to cash flow mortgages are difficult but not impossible. ... more

In Minnesota listings begin to drop after early to mid October and are put back on the market in spring. Beautiful view of the bay. There is about 20 different units for sale there. I even saw a couple of foreclosures. it depends on what you are looking for. What type of view bay, marina, pool and I think i saw one that said gulf view. The size ranges form 2/2, 3/2 and 3/3. If you have more question give me a call , I will be glad to help.
