All of my 2 bdrms are currently rented. But I do have a few helpful hints for you. This is a hot rental market and units like you're looking for are going fast. Because of the market conditions, you'll need to be prepared to move fast when you find a property that works for you. Know your price range and the "must haves" and features you're willing to be flexible on. Know your credit score, past rental history and verifiable income amount.
