Grass Valley, and Nevada County as a whole doesn't really have bad areas. There are alot of nice areas, but it really depends on what type of property you want. Do you want acreage, or more of a neighborhood feel? There is also areas that have both. What price range are you looking in? I can send you a sample of what's in the different areas.
