Well this is as difficult as telling someone what does an average winter coat cost....
It all depends who the builder will be, what size, kind and in which location you intend to build.
And then what amenities, low end, mid end high end appliances, lighting etc. etc. heated floors or not
So what you need to do is talk to a local contractor, builder etc., tell them what you are looking for to build
remember a stone, brick or sided construction is all different, several fireplaces etc. full or partial basement
all will influence the pricing. And one advice for caution..... when buying new construction or when building
yourself, you will find out that you agree to something on the architectual plans, only to find out that once the walls go up, you want one moved, you want a higher ceiling in the basement, better windows, zoned heating and cooling etc. etc., just example and every change from carpeting to hardwood flooring costs extra and
your original price may change drastically....
Just be careful and always work with a good reputable company.
