1. Deposit will be equal to one months rent HOWEVER if credit scores are below 625 could demand a double deposit.
2. Pet friendly is listed in property description HOWEVER there are restricted animals you cant have on property... example pit bull, snake and etc. Deposit can be approx. $300 - $500
3. SEARCH - approx 30 days prior to move in date. Apts require a 60 day move out notice and typically home owners require 30 day move out notice.

Start with the high school and work back...
You can see the rankings here:
http://images.kw.com/docs/2/1/2/212345/1334695271919_2011_School_Info.pdf

Then checkout:
http://www.friscoisd.org/attendance-zones

But be careful with this..... attendance zones can change and do change. Frisco is going through a lot of growth. Also you have to think picking one word to describe a school is extremely risky. There are great schools and great kids who go to schools that are not exemplary. Also all kids who go to exemplary schools do well. Some can have intense pressure and if a kid can't handle the pressure bad things can happen. Schools can change over time too. One that is exemplary today or recognized or whatever label you want to use, may not be the same ranking next year.

In my opinion most Frisco schools overall are good. The good kids will excel, the kids in the middle could be pushed either way, and the kids at the bottom may struggle severely to keep up.

High schools and maybe other schools may change dramatically over the next few years with the invent of tools like Khan Academy.

Hi KK,

In case you can't tell from the responses, this is one of our favorite questions and yes, we all recommend ourselves. You can search agent profiles on Trulia. Each profile gives you access to the agent's information, questions that the agent has answered for other buyers and sellers, and recommendations that the agent has received from clients. Just click on the agent photo to access their profile. Read some profiles and see who might be a good fit for you. Then interview a few agents by phone.

You can search for agents in frisco at: http://m.trulia.com/voices/directory/Frisco-pros--15342. The Pro agents on this list paid Trulia to be at the front of the list, but don't hold that against them.

Good luck on your search for your new home!

What's the address? Don't worry about the county appraised, you want that to be low. It lowers your property taxes. It has nothing to do with actual value.

No, not at this time. The most recent leasing activity in "Griffin Parc" was on 12/15/12 when a 1,900 sqft home leased out for $1,850/mo after being listed for just over 1 month.

Hi Mamasita-

I know this can be challenging for you and your family. Landlords can be demanding and rigid. But there are landlords that will work with renters as you.

It requires a specialty real estate agent, such as me, that can help find a rental home.

You need someone that can present the positive aspects of your credentials and fight to secure a home.

I am that agent!! My leasing and property management experience is above all others. I will be happy to help your family.

I'm answering you inquiry because I'm working on several contracts right now and happen to be online.

Please feel free to text, call or email me with more information so I can help you.

Hi Chris-

I don't see an alarming amount of homes for sale in Stonebriar. This time of year you will see more homes hit the market because company's tend to do their employee transfers in the first quarter of the new year.

I'm showing only 25 homes listed as active and 6 are pending to close.

Since Stonebrair is a very large community this is not an unusual large amount of homes for sale.

I hope this helps! Please feel free to email me if you have additional questions. I will be happy to help.
