Hello Lawrence - Your question is very vague! That is probably why no one has answered it so far! It all depends on what you are looking for. Do you need certain conveniences close by? Do you want to live closer to where you work? Are there certain amenities you like? What is your price range? How many bed/baths do you require? Once these are answered, I would be able to assist you further.
Sincerely,
Jeanine Standing Bear

Fred Griffin answered:
NO, Florida has not hit bottom.

NAR (of which I am a member) has to put a "positive spin" on things.

Jim Cramer, well, he's Jim Cramer.

A very few areas in Florida may have bottomed out,
maybe Orlando is leveling off,

but NO Florida has not hit the bottom.

A new wave of foreclosures is looming over the horizon.

The excess of supply will put downward pressure on prices.
