I typically work on home sales (not rentals) but many of my client need temporary housing or my investors need a place to advertise their properties.
Good luck in your home search.

Considering that most of the folks who watch these questions here in Trulia are Real Estate Professionals who handle sales of units in the area, you probably should look on Craigslist for answers to this question.

Best of luck to you!

Try referring to Craig's List. Many people are finding rental opportunities through this resource.

Hi Louis, Most of the homes listed with real estate brokers are for sale only. We rarely see where the seller offers a lease with option on MLS. You might try Craigs List or northerncoloradorentals.com to find a rental. The banks who foreclosed and own property usually do not rent the property. Good luck to your relatives. When they get ready to purchase, we would love to help.
