Depending where in Flower Mound, the market is slow in some and moving very good in others. It's all about condition and price.

I have a program that you don't have to pay a full commission to help sell your house.

An MLS search for "West Point" subdivision in Fort Worth turned up a home on Villagepoint Ln. According to the map of that property, Westpoint Blvd is south of there and intersects with Chapel Creek Blvd. Hope this helps. ... more

You'll need to work directly with a Realtor. Through the MLS system we generally have access to most sales prices. Texas is a non-disclosure state and therefore sales are not reported/recorded generally at the courthouse. I recommend you always use a Realtor when purchasing a home. It will should lower your price, save you lots of time, and reduce your risk.
