Wow! You have so many to choose from. As a resident what I love most about Miami is that many of the places you go have indoor/outdoor activities for families w/ children.

You have a wide range from the beautiful beaches and nature preserve in Key Biscayne to the African Safari and waterpark in West Palm Beach which is approximately 45 min - 1 hour outside of Miami.

Give me a call. I'll be happy to tell you about specific ones I frequent w/ my children.

Hi Daveju,

Try DirectTV--parkwood estates has all the services that all the other places in Bluewater Bay have, and that includes satellite tv. Less expensive than cox cable.

If I can help with anything else, let me know.

Jodi Rabinowitz answered:
Hi Sandra -

There are many great 55+ condos in Delray Beach that have pools and active clubhouses. My question to you is, what do mean by "medium price"?

I have a great 2 bedroom/2 full bath listing in Lakes of Delray right off of Atlantic Avenue. This condo is located in a building with its own satellite pool and the clubhouse was renovated within the last few years.

Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience as I would be more than happy to assist you with your residential real estate needs.

Hello, my name is Andy Sellers. I specialize in Lake Nona. Right now, they are still in the development phase, however we do have some good dining. No clubs, however, a few of the local places do have live entertainment and dancing on certain days during the week. The plans for Lake Nona are extensive. Go to www.learnlakenona.com. Currently, we have Carieras (italian), outback, tiajuana flats, Nona Taproom (bar, with food, they also have poker on Wed nights.) And Nona Wineroom. We are about a 5 minute drive from everything else currently. It is great here, and I can help you purchase or rent in the area. Feel free to call me. Andy Sellers 4074963916. I can help with many surrounding areas, but Lake Nona is my home and my focus. Talk to you soon. ... more
