Grant Park, or Inman Park or Briar Hills but, what is your monthly budget?

I like eliminating highway commutes, so driving out of the rear gate and ghen following Moreland Avenue northward until it becomes Briarcliff and terminates at Northlake is a pretty ideal commute for Gillem.

That could take all of 45 minutes if you move past LaVista road...

The rental values will vary from houses for $500 a month in Conley, to really nice houses that rent from $3000 and up in the northern neighbourhoods...

Drive Moreland on your next visit.

Thank you for serving your country.

Absolutely NOTHING! You still retain ALL the rights/options within your contract. What "might"be a little problem for your Seller's agent is the old broker (the broker the agreement was written under) retains the right to the sale/commission (should you chose to exercise your lease purchase option).

Laquita Baez answered:
My advice would be to take advantage of the current housing market and interest rates and contact a mortgage lender to try and get prequalified for a home loan. I would be happy to refer you to one if you'd like. Some lenders have down payment assistance and first time homebuyer programs they can see if you qualify for. Of course if you cannot get pre-qualified then renting may be the option.
Feel free to contact me directly if I can answer any other questions.

Consider contacting an agent or broker who can send you all of the homes currently listed with a Lease/Purchase option, Steven. There are over forty homes on FMLS that meet this criteria. If you would like for me to send you electronic flyers of these properties, please forward me your email address and I will get them over ASAP. If you'd like to see some today or tomorrow, please call, text or email and I will arrange the viewings. Good Luck!

It depends on how "poor" your credit is - as it can mean different things to different people. Some people think their credit is poor when it's not really that bad, and some people think their credit is good when it actually stinks. You need to expand on your question and include many more details - including what your credit scores are and what is on your credit report that is making your credit "poor".

If you are trying to figure out if you qualify then you need to read my blog article (web reference) on the information that you'll need to have in order to be prepared to talk with a loan officer about your chances of qualifying for a mortgage.

Hello Mazie,
Sorry, but the home owner's association has the right to refuse applying for these types of mortgage approvals within their community without any repercussions. The home owner association is comprised of residents currently living there and they have a say in their rules and regulations.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!

Hey Sue,

I have suggested this site to some of my home buyers in Denver and they have said it is very helpful. Looks like it is a national site and may help you in Fayetteville. I would suggest looking up the local Realtor Board in Georgia to help you find a great Realtor.

It will be difficult at best if not impossible. While Fannie Mae permits up to 90% financing on mortgages for second homes, you can not get private mortgage insurance (PMI). Thus, you will find that you will have to put at least 20% down on a second home. ... more

Solomon Greene answered:

Existing homeowners in Gwinnett County (and others, I'm sure) are allowed to do this when the tax bill arrives. We had thirty days from date of receipt to challenge the assessment. We met that date and were able to have our property reassessed. We could have also challenged it sometime in the first quarter had a tax bill not been sent to us with an extremely high assessment. Your county tax assessor's site should be a great resource for you.

Good luck.
