If you want to buy the property, and it has ben fairly priced, make a competitive offer based on what you know the current market values are - which is based on closed sales - thats what is important. If the property has deficiencies, and that affects your offer price, summarize those in a letter. Remember, the bank(s) has to approve the offer, not just the current occupant/owner. ... more

94 Meadow Wood is a beautiful home in Belle Haven. It is still on the market and has been for 1,526 days. On October 1st of this year it got a new agent at the same firm. The MLS number is still 72165. The price remains the same at $5,195,000.

We presently have 79 houses on the market between $4MM and $6MM in Greenwich. This segment had been slow through May, but sales of houses over $3MM in Greenwich really picked up in June and have continued at a good pace since.

For more info on Greenwich fall market, checkout my blog posts at http://greenwichstreets.com/inventory-up-in-fall-market-34-open-houses-in#!/.

The bank will write off the difference from their books but still might try to reclaim some monies from the previous owner. It depends upon the unique situation. They all differ.

Hello Mehul

There are many options for downtown living in Stamford. We have several options that may work for you, ranging from as little as 110K upto $1M. We also have a host of properties that are generally available, as well as those that are done privately. Several of these condos end up being 'investments' for primary home buyers as they move into bigger homes down the road.

I would be happy to sit down with you and discuss the various options. Our network allows us to uncover all properties, as well as negotiate hard to get the best possible price for our clients. Feel free to call me anytime at (203) 280 3838 or email me at stamfordrealestate@yahoo.com

Whether it is a short term home away from home or your new home, an excecutive rental can help the transition better. A temporary stay still comes with a need to spread out a bit, call a place home and relax with minimum stress. An excecutive rental takes care of all those details and you won't have time to worry about as you work, spend your vacation or play in the city where the rental property is located. Excecutive rental generally speaking is a property completely furnished,

Sincerely,

Maria Cipollone
