These areas are all different depending where in each you are looking. Some are more rural, some more suburban and some are more urban settings. Each gives a different feel, parks, schools, sidewalks etc. all these things add to a community and each township handles things differently. Good luck with the hunt. ... more

Hi there,
I actually have been helping a few first time buyers this summer with finding a great home for them. I would like to get in touch with you tomorrow if that is ok with you so I can get a better understanding of what it is your looking for. I'm an agent at Coldwell Banker Preferred in Exton, and we actually have a great in-house mortgage rep that works for us. He could be a really good starting point for you. Your credit score shouldn't be a problem at all, and a low student debt won't be a big problem either. Please email me when you get a chance with other questions you may have, and we can set up a time to talk about how I can help you into your new home !! Hi there!
I would like to answer these and any other questions you may have on this community. I am a realtor at cold well banker preferred in Exton. Buying a foreclosure is great and risky at the same time, great for the deal you could get, risky because of the time it could take to wait for the banks and taking the home "as is". I would like to talk to you about this, and help you get into your next home. Please email me when you get a chance , joenemeth24@gmail.com
Take care

Jessica,

Rhondda is very conveniently located and offers a good variety of affordable properties. There have been some short sales there, but because the community is not brand new, there are also many long-term residents. My office is located very close to Rhondda so we see quite a few buyers and sellers for the community. I have never heard any complaints about it. In fact, for some they are looking specifically in that community because of the convenient location and available inventory.

I would be happy to take you on a tour of the available homes if you have an interest. Chester County is a wonderful place to live an work and Rhondda has a nice central location for everything the community has to offer. Feel free to give me a call if you have an interest.

I am very sorry for your frustration, your only alternative at this point is to explain you situation to the broker in charge of the office where this agent works. It is alway best to find a realtor you feel comfortable working with before exploring the market. Some agents will sell there soul to the devil for a sale and disregard having a solid reputation. I never hold anyone to a contract if they perfer to work with someone else and all information is always free! No Contracts are ever in place until my client locates a home they wish to purhase. I feel if I do my job right and to the best of my ability my client will have no reason to find another agent. best of luck to you. ... more

Usually, the parish or county that the school zone is in will have a website that you can punch in an address and it will tell you what the home is zoned for. I would google "xxxxx parish school zones" or xxxxx county school zones"

Of course this would require some addresses ahead of time. Hope this helps.

That you are trying to sell? If you used a realtor they should be able to price it properly. The same applies if you are buying a house. But if you buy a house with a mortgage then the bank will send out an appraiser on their behalf which you do not have a say in.

Carl Snyder answered:
Dual Agency is created by the agent representing both the buyer and the seller.
In a dual agency transaction, when the broker acts as the agent for both the seller and the buyer, he or she is creating a transaction in which there are two principals.
Because the primary responsibility toward a principal is compromised, the law requires that a broker or agent in this dual agency role must inform both parties that they can not expect the broker's full and undivided allegiance. In other words, both the seller and the buyer must be informed that they are responsible for looking after their own interest.
According to state real estate laws, failure to notify both parties and obtain their informed consent means that the broker cannot legally claim a commission.
