You may want to consider a short sale, loan modification or deed in lie - all of which have less impact to your life than a foreclosure.

Just depends on the area in which you are looking to live. It can be as little as $550 all the way up. Feel free to give me a call and we can look some up for you. I have one in mind. Garage is detached.

1. how low is low?

2. how bad is bad?

The answer may be yes..or it may be no, depending on the answers to the above qurstions.

You really need to speak to a mortgage rep and get solid answers..........there is not enough information for anyone here to answer your question! If nothing else, a mortgage rep can help put you on the right track to improve your credit.................the income is something you will need to handle.

Stop in your local bank and ask to speak to their loan's a place to start.
You can also find an agent who can suggest a few names...........Do that first before even thinking of looking at homes!!

Best wishes.........

I don't know the specifics of this home but if you want to research it a good place to start is at Willard Library on First Avenue. They have thousands of historic documents and home records. Here is a link to their website. If you are interested in buying it, I will be happy to contact the owner on your behalf and represent you as a buyer's agent. Let me know if I can help, Jim

Mobile homes are harder than ever to sell right now due to a lot of factors. One issue is finding a lender who will loan a buyer money on a mobile home. There are a few out there that are making mobile home loans. Check with your local Rural lenders and include the lending information in your marketing, that might help.
Good luck!
