If the property is still available and you are willing to offer more, give it a shot. The other option would be to continue your search for another property. You can view all the listings from our MLS on my website at elpasosnewhomes.com.

Hi, you will have to find out where the auction is being held. This info is usually public record, so check with the County Clerks office.

Earnest money is only deposited when you have an accepted (signed) contract. To be a back up offer you would have to agree and there is an additional form you would have had to sign. Were you represented by an agent? If so contact the,m immediately and demand the return of your earnest money. If you were not represented by an agent you can call me and I will help you. 9153295868 ... more

Rick Snow answered:
Trulia pulls listing information from many different sources and there is no set requirement for property information. Trulia is a great resource, but you may find it more convenient to contact a real estet professional who can search for properties that match your specific wants and needs. Your agent's information should be current and timely.

Good Luck with your search.
