Hi Rique, I moved to El Dorado Hills in 2001 from Almaden Valley in South San Jose. I've never been a big allergy sufferer so to speak, but do occasionally get some kind of sinus infection that triggers drainage down my throat, a bad taste in my mouth and upset stomach. I get this almost every year but usually just once. Here's where I finally get to your question...I haven't noticed it being any more frequent here vs. San Jose. I haven't picked up any new issues since moving here either. Our 15 year old daughter has some lingering respiratory issues from problems she had at birth. During the worst of the allergy season she takes a Zertec everyday and it keeps things open and working well. Oh by the way...we love living here. It's a great location - so close to the mountains but close enough to get back to the City and catch a Giants game! The value proposition is a closer too! :) ... more

In Ohio, we can call the Utility companies, give them an address, and they tell us the monthly average for last 12 months. You might try this in your area.
