By Fair Housing laws, real estate agents cannot comment on whether a neighborhood is considered "safe". I suggest that you contact the local police department to hear first-hand about the frequency and types of crimes in that area to make that determination yourself.

Ultimos 3 estados de cuenta del banco. Todas las hojas.
Tax Returns del 2007 y 2008. Todas la hojas. y las W2 o 1099.
Su identificacion.

Le van a revisar su reporte de credito y le van a hacer preguntas referente a su trabajo y a usted.

Otra cosa mas, este foro es solo en ingles. Usted puede seguir preguntando pero la pregunta y respuesta pueden ser removidas/borradas en cualquier monento.

Have you looked in Red Bank? It's a hip town only about 4 parkway miles to Eatontown. It isn't too far from the beach, and is only one hour to NYC. There is train service, bus service, or ferry service from the area.
