I would advise driving through both towns thoroughly to pinpoint the areas that you like. Then you can go on our site, click on the research button and you will be able to compare the schools and also get demographics. I have lived in both towns and know them well. If after doing your own research you would like to get together to discuss your housing needs I would be more than happy to help you.

I work out of the East Hampton Prudential Office and I can tell you what some lots are going for. Of course it depends on the size of the lot etc.. Raw land is valued less that an approved building lot. I also have many builders I work with that could possibly like to buy your piece of property. Regardless, give me a call so I can get more specifics - no obligation at all. Thanks
