This property is now pending - it had multiple offers.

Trulia is a great site but the data is not always current. If you would like to search our local multiple listing service where the data is current please visit - you will be able to view ALL listings regardless of what office or agent listed the property.

Please feel free to email me at or call me at 239-707-4575 if I can be of further assistance.

As a resident of Lee County for almost 25 years I know the area extremely well and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

You are correct, the SW area is closer to the 'action'. The NW area is nice as well. However it is a newer more recently developed area, and there is less commercial development at this time.

I suggest you get together with a realtor in the area who can truely answer all your questions. There are other factors to consider which I won't get into in this forum.

If you'd like more information, I'd be happy to help. Just give me a call or email me directly.

Many condo complexes were not finished across SW Florida when the market boom crashed. That's the reason they are listed so reasonably priced due to an over abundance of them (Supply and demand). Let me know if I can send you some active ones and get you more information on them.

Cape Coral has more Waterfront Properties (you have more choices) than Port charlotte and it is closer to the Islands of Pine Island, Sanibel and Captiva from here.
