If there is no unit number and either no agent number or no agent phone number, then you should be very careful. In any case, never send any money until you or someone you know personally has seen the apartment.

In this case "RV Parking" is a big red flag.

Your best bet, go to sources that require a Realtor to post the ad ( or go to the local paper here which costs $$$ to advertise in, which usually stops scammers from advertising in. ... more

The best way to find out is to find the name of the actual property owner then look it up to see if it matches who you are speaking with.
