Hello Antoine,

If you have a low credit score youwill not be able to get a mortgage. But you can try a Land Contract if you have a decent amount to put down as a deposit. Do you have any money to put down? If you don't have any money, it will also be difficult to do a Land Contract.

Renting is always an option also, and you can work on your credit while you rent. If you are serious about working on your credit, there are people who can help you with that.

I hope this helps you a bit.

Thank you and Good Luck,

Hi Webby1,

If you are looking east suburbs: Eastpointe, St Clair Shores, Roseville, Sterling Heights etc.... these areas are in Macomb County, Detroit East - Grosse Pointe, Harper Woods and

If you are looking West: In Detroit - Rosedale Park, Sherwood Forest and Grandmount, this is considered Wayne County. Suburbs West - Southfield, Oak Park, Livonia, Troy, Bloomfield etc.... these are are Oakland County.

These are just a few nice areas, hope it helps :-)

Thank you,

Hello Love,
I believe that you are inquiring who your landlord is from your question. Your lease should have the landlord's contact information so I suggest you look it over. If you used an agent to assist you in finding the rental property then ask him/her too.
I hope this is helpful.
Good luck to you!

Hi Ausinvestor

I can only give data (from our MLS) regarding property listed with a realtor or some management companies.
During the last six months in the City of Detroit, rental houses were on the market for an average of 69 days.
Price, condition and location are factors which can significantly impact the number of days on market.

Sincerely,

Mike Warren

Nao,

I'm not sure how easy it will be to rent a home in Warrendale in the current market. I do suggest joining a real estate investment club such as Wayne County REIA. There would be several experienced landlords in the group. (there are also REIA's in Oakland, Macomb, and Livingston County)

To get an estimate, you can go to http://moveinmichigan.com and narrow your search to the area or, search by map on the site below. enter 1 or 2 thousand as the maximum price on the first site and select advanced criteria on the second site to bring up a rental check box.
