Hello Beverley!

Your decision to purchase an investment property here in Detroit is a very good one. We are experiencing a real estate "gold rush" at the present moment. Lot's of inventory and very low price points.

Yes, investment companies do work but beware! There are a lot of people/companies out here claiming to know it all and do it all but in truth are practically novice's, trying to cash in on the "rush". If you are a seasoned investor, you'll know what to look for. If you are just starting out, do your due diligence and research as much as possible, the company you decide to work with. Try and find a company that has a presence on the web, is local, and it self, invests in and around Detroit.

I am available and more than happy to assist you with your investment needs and goals. Contact me when you are ready to begin your journey to wealth building.

Have a great day!

To your success, in business and life!

Most lenders don't lend to 600 or lee credit score, you may consider "Land Contract" or seller financing. An investor may offer more creative options for you.

I have a fixer in Wayne County if interested, you can get in with some sweat equity.

Hello There,

The first step I would advise you to do is find out who the owner is? Do you know your landlord? After that is identified, you will be able to see if you can do a land contract or apply for a mortgage. ... more

Hello Pius!

There are a lot of people/companies here in Detroit claiming to be property managers but not really doing what is necessary and required to get the job done. It sounds like your agents may have not done a good job of screening your tenants before leasing the property to them and now they are ignoring their responsibility to you to rectify the situation.

Feel free to emai/call me any time, I will be happy to assist you in any way i can.
