Antoine,
With messed up credit, no one is going to give you a loan. Work on fixing your credit by going to your local non profit housing group. Hello, We live in the 48224 zipcode. There are alot of decent homes in the area. They are nice english tudor homes built in the 1920,s..Lots of character, natural fireplace, hardwoods floors, and original features. Many of the neighbors are long time residents. Close to Downtown and the river, minutes from museums and fine eateries. We live on the border of the city gives u a lovely view of the Grosse Pointes. Like any neighborhood there is some blight, and interesting neighbors to say the least. ... more

You need to check to see if Sec 8 in your area will allow you to pay the difference in what they pay and what the rent is. I know here the tenant can pay the $100 month themselves.
