I suggest you talk with a trusted Realtor. It's possible that your agent can structure an offer to meet your goal.

Even if a Seller is willing to carry financing, they usually would want to see you put some money down.

If you have signed a buyer broker exclusive empolyment agreement then you may need the agent to release you from that in order to obtain the services of another Realtor. You may need to consult with a qualifyed attorney for further advice. My question to you is, are you being realistic in your offers when you make them? Are you lowballing the sellers, are you competing with other offers etc?
