You need to look at the school district boundaries. They are not the same as zip code boundaries so just going by zip codes is not accurate. The property you inquired is not in HPISD. You can look up HPISD boundaries on its web site at http://www.hpisd.org/Portals/0/docs/business/hpisd_map.pdf
