Most property search engines don't provide the ability to include criteria for rental property. The best way to get this information is to have someone with direct access to the Multiple Listing Service perform a custom search for you based on as much detailed information as you can provide. Any Realtor...including myself...will be more than happy to do this. If you would like, you can provide this info in a Trulia Voices post or send it to me direclty and I will email you a link that will have all of the property that matches your selection criteria.

Thanks for being a Trulia Voice. I look forward to helping you in any way that I can.
