Prairie Lakes is a large development and there's the potential for multiple different management companies in for the townhouses on Lafayette vs. the ones in the Kerrville area. The properties on Kerrville Trail are managed by Community Development - 763-225-6400.

Our family moved to Lakeville, MN December 2006 from PA! We chose Lakeville because we knew it was going to be a growing area in the future. It's close to the airport and MOA. There are several amenities near by. Lakeville Schools are very good! Our children attend LNHS. It's not congested like many areas that are fully developed south of the cities.

A few of the things that have been a downside really are due to our economy situation. Growth has slowed down I believe due to the economic situation nationwide and statewide. Our schools are facing serious cutbacks due to lack of funds as well.

All in all, we enjoy Lakeville and look forward to its growth in the future!

That's a fine line between black and white, maybe that grey area so many people want to float around in. Short sales are all the rage and you have to prove that you cannot bring funds to closing. Banks will check everything when it comes to short sales, don't think of this as an easy way out.

Why not just wait until your sell your townhome?

You're best bet would be talking to an accountant or if seek legal 'expert' advice, chat with an attorney.

Eastview HS extends to Eagan and Apple Valley. It is located in the city of Apple Valley. The Population is approximately 45,000 with a nice commercial area and is know for its banking facilities.. The airport is 7-10 miles from the area of Eastview.The airport is a simple drive and would take about 15 minutes or 25 during rush hour. ( That is why I moved here) There are many trails and bike paths that are conducive to running/walking etc...I have lieved here since 1984 and know the area well. If you send me your email, I will send you some examples. Please describe a little more in detail what you are interested in such as price range, garages, type of lot etc...
