Anywhere on Shaker Boulevard is a secure investment. Properties that are on Shaker Boulevard, AND in the 44120 zip, are right near "Shaker Square". This is a historic area. When it was first built by rail tycoons the Van Sweringen brothers, this was the world's most modern shopping area.

I do consider myself to be somewhat of the expert in Shaker Heights real estate. If you would like to know more, just let me know!

I think home values will stay the same or go up slightly. Euclid has several unique characteristics: lake front property, neighborhood communities, easy access to major highway, close to downtown and university circle. In addition much of the housing stock has been cared for. Young people need to consider this area for convenience and amenities not found in farther out suburbs where traffic is out of control, the need to drive everywhere, lack of convenience and farm field looks to neighborhoods. ... more
