Be advised, rental scams are huge business right now. These maggots use ordinary for sale listings (MLS)(Not specifically the property in question) and create rental listings using the same photos and property details.
I am happy to run any property information for you to help reduce your chances of being duped.

Simply email me an address and I'll pull the details such as: Owner name, Purchase Date,Mortgage Amount,Foreclosure Status,etc.

If you are moving from Wilson to Cali then why not look at purchasing since rates are so ridiculously low or rent and be looking or saving to buy? ... more
