Hi Alasiatardy,
Are you inquiring of the owner's phone number because you arte interested in possibly
purchasing the home? Did you want property info?
If interested in purchasing, why not consider hiring a Realtor to handle your negotiations and contacting the owners on your behalf, as homeowners may be a bit more open to conversing
with a Realtor on certain issues rather than a random person out of the blue.

But to answer your question directly, you can search tax records and possibly get that information..

I may be able to assist you further.....

Hello,
How's everything going? I checked the Monmouth MLS for you and the lowest rental currently active is 3k a month. Sorry. It doesn't mean you won't find a place for under 2k, more will always come on the market. Just let me know if you would want me to put you on an automated search. Have a great weekend.

Sincerely,
Peter G. Apicella

If you don't have an agent, consider the services--you need to be aware of recently closed similar properties in the immediate area, after reviewing the data you can determine a fair offer. Keep in mind there are no set standards as to percentages less--some properties may be priced on target, or less, while others may be priced a bit above market--again, an agent will best guide you. ... more

Dear MSH:

The reservoir area of Colts Neck is quite breathtaking but as a resident myself, I would say we have other great streets in town which are considered staple streets in the community for example: Clover Hill, Bucks Mill Road, Cedar Drive and Montrose Road just to name a few.

Although you couldn't go wrong with any street in Colts Neck, the best street would be the one that suits your lifestyle; Whether you love horses, looking at the water or being near the park.

Remember....with Colts Neck, you are not buying a home......you are buying a lifestyle.

Good Luck!

My best advice for you is to retain a Buyer's Agent in your area. A Buyer's Agent represents your interests, but his/her commission is paid by the Seller. A Buyer's Agent can help you locate homes that fit your needs/desires and that are within your budget. Ask your friends & family members for referrals of potential Buyer's Agents. Then Interview 2 or 3 and select one who fits your personality & is willing to show you a number of homes that fit your budget. A Buyer's Agent will help you with the pros & cons of each home. And, make sure you contact a lender to obtain a loan pre-approval, so you know how much you can afford and when you put in an offer to buy a home, you must attach a lender pre-approval letter for the Seller to even consider your offer. ... more

Not the way to approach the real estate market, thinking how much can I knock off the price. No, not being a sales person here.. I am a "financial guy". Due diligence is the key to a successful transaction. Tell me the property that you are interested in and we can make a complete evaluation of the area ad the house.. make an educated decision. To think that you can just "knock off" an arbitrary number is not going to work.

I am close to Colts Neck, know the area well and can make an objective comparison in pricing..
Email or call me and I can send you what is available along with the comps and help you make a great offer and get you that house.

I wouldn't say either are "bad" neighborhoods. But, a short drive around the two communities may well answer your question.
