First things first. You need to contact a lender and start the prequalification process. They will look at income, credit score, debts, etc. Since you're talking about buying a property as an investment, you'll need to put at least 20% down. ... more

Hi Dontez,
The best way to drive traffic to a website is through search engine marketing, both organic and paid.

The way you word that; you make think you were contemplating one of those "services" that charges $1500 to repair your credit for you. Correct?

In that case, you just saved $1500!

If you contact a reputable Mortgage Broker or Loan Officer; you will either get a loan, or be told what you need to do to qualify soon, or both.

Good luck and may God bless

The irony of the whole thing is that I used to be very judgmental of disabled people. I would wonder why a disabled person would buy brand new furniture when used furniture should be ok. I am allowed to buy furniture but apparently not a house which would be more practical. Oh well if nobody wants to sell me a house what ever. I'll go ahead and waste the tax payer money like the other disabled people do. ... more

Speak to a mortgage rep to see if you'd qualify for a new loan in addition to your current loan.....and how much, if any, of the potential rent would be credited to you.

#2 and #3 are timing issues and perhaps the fact you are making offers too low and hoping to steal something in a warm or hot market. Those might not be the Realtors fault. In 5 weeks the Realtor has not brought up one home to show you, that sounds weird. As I show homes I get to know what someone is looking for, but some people are all harder to read than others. I had one couple that just liked everything and anything was ok with them so if I brought up 100 homes they wanted to see them all. That can get overwhelming. You guys might be too much the opposite, I am not sure.

You can always have a heart to heart or ask for another agent in the office to work with you. How experienced is your agent? Experience is the #1 in my book and without it you have a learning in progress agent.

kb,

Consider giving the broker a while to respond to your request before sending a certified letter to the local board of realtors expressing information about a possible ethics violation.

There's always "two sides to any story." It may take a few days for the broker to collect the information needed to get back to you. One thing is for sure.....you will get a response from someone in the event you need to contact the local board.

Good luck,
Bill
