Hi Chiquita, I am not sure which house on Orion you are inquiring about. There are 3 currently on the market. If you want to email me the address, I can forward pictures of the yard or send you the direct link to the listing. I lived in Pleasant Ridge for almost 10 years and was very happy. As for the crime, I like to use to see crime stats.

This home is in Price hill and I did not find it for sale, I would like to know where you saw it for sale. In the last year2007 and 2006 there were 2 homes that sold for$ 79,000 and $92,250..But I do not think this street is in Forest Hill.

James Gordon ABR SFR SRS answered:
The average is around 56.00 a sq ft. That answers your question but it does not give you an idea of the value of a home in Forest Park. That average includes Sherriffs sales, Lender owned properties, and normal resale properties. If you could narrow down your criteria you could get a lot better idea of the value of a home you would be looking at.
You have this home which is under the 56.00 number that needs tons of work.
You have this home which is priced over the 56.00 price but is ready to move into.
Because of the number of lender sales in the area the price per square foot is scewed down a little bit.
