Hello Daniel,
This address is inaccurate and there are no homes for sale at 301 Browning. There are, however, numerous condos for sale in the development pictured. This is "Centura" and yes the fees are HIGH and can be as much as $771. per month but it includes: HEAT, water, sewer, trash removal, tennis courts, clubhouse, swimming, exterior building maintenance, snow removal and lawn maintenance.
If you want to email me, I can send you the active condos in the area.
There are currently 6 active listings ranging from under $100,000 to low $200's.

Hello Kenji,
We all wish we could predict into the future regarding both housing prices and mortgage rates. We would all know the perfect time to buy and sell. One thing for sure, you will know you missed the lowest point on both only AFTER the prices go up.
If you listen to the experts and look at what is happening now, indications are prices in Cherry Hill (where I personally live) have stabilized. Mortgage rates have fluctuated a little but they remain at historical lows.
If you are ready to make a purchase and stay in your home at least 7-10 years, you will see a nice amount of appreciation. Good luck with your decision and remember, a house is more than an investment in money, it's a place you will call "home".

There are only 3 homes in that price range on the market right now. The average length of time is 4 months. One has recently sold in the 800s and was on the market a brief time. Quality vs Value.
The signs are pointing toward a good spring with prices (that have been flat fora couple of years), finally beginning to appreciate. It will be a long slow recovery, but, barring un-forseen mortgage issues, etc. it appears that recovery has begun. Anticipate prices to increase as demand heats up.

A real estate agent can obtain the information using MLS based on the past 6 months. Contact a local Trulia agent. http://www.lynn911.com http://www.homes-for-sale-dallas.com
