Hello, the taxes vary greatly for those two areas. It is also going to depend on the size of the house/price range.
Just for example purposes, a 200k house in fox chase will be about $2400 a year in taxes while the same house in Cheltenham may be $4,000.

However, there are many homeowners out there that cant even afford to sell, because they owe more than they can get for the house and that is why we are seeing more short sales in the market place. There are loan
