Hey terrance.harris,

You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Hello, the taxes vary greatly for those two areas. It is also going to depend on the size of the house/price range.
Just for example purposes, a 200k house in fox chase will be about $2400 a year in taxes while the same house in Cheltenham may be $4,000.
Feel free to contact me and we can run a quick search to get you much more specific and exact tax information. I was just in Fox Chase and Rhawnhurst today and there are some great places out there!
Here is a link to houses in Fox Chase/Burholme with the taxes listed as well

Feel free to shoot me an email or text as well!

sorry to hear about your difficult situation.
However, there are many homeowners out there that cant even afford to sell, because they owe more than they can get for the house and that is why we are seeing more short sales in the market place. There are loan
modification programs such as HEMAP that may be able to assist you, although you might have to show signs of financial distress to qualify. I'd be happy to talk to you more about this, though I strongly encourage you to talk to your agent first.
I specialize in helping distressed owners, so if you or anyone you know needs an exit strategy from a tough situation- please contact me at 215-360-7573 or email

Hello Not Disclosed,

The best source of information is through a "market snapshot". You can get one sent directly to your email by visiting It will give you a picture of what is going on, recent trends, and then will update automatically each month. I think it could be helpful, do you?

Good luck with your search. There are lots of great buys in Cheltenham, and everywhere. There are beautiful homes, lots of green space, parks, schools, shopping, etc. Now is the time to act! Let me know if I can help you.
