Hello! I don't know an answer to your exact question, however, you may want to try a good local lending company. I have had really great experiences with Ascent Home Loans. Ask for Corey Petree. The number at the office is (423) 490-0086. They'll be able to answer all your mortgage questions and if they can't help you, they will point you in the right direction. Hope this helps!

If you need any help finding a home anywhere in the Chattanooga area, give me a call. Even if you just have questions or need a little guidance, I'd be more than happy to help!
