No, the rules and regulations of the Century Village in Boca and the Century Village in West Palm Beach do not, under normal circumstance, permit pets.

You should be 55 to live there, but your dogs will not be welcome. Most condos that welcome multiple pets, but there are some out there and your West Palm Beach real estate agent should be able to help you find them.

Kris Persaud answered:
Hi Akshat,
The catch is that these properties are probably in very bad condition and would need a lot of work. Also, they are not in the most desirable areas. However, if you want to have a look at some of them then I would be more than glad to show you any property you are interested in. Maybe we can find that diamond in the rough. Give me a call if you want to view these inexpensive properties. They could make good rental properties but would probably need to be fixed up before that can be move in ready.

Best Regards,
Kris Persaud
