My company does. Service First Mortgage out of Richardson.
I don't do them myself, but I could refer you to someone in my company who has done plenty of them. I believe I have a Loan Officer in McKinney that does them.

When you buy a home for under the appraised value, you can bring your HUD statment in to the tax man and they should lower the tax appraisal to the price you paid.
I would definitely talk with your Realtor and the Tax office just to be sure.

The tax rolls will always show the Lot & block number are you indicating this is a vacant property need to determine what it is zoned for?
