Your best bid is working with a Mortgage Broker, try to understand where you at. You could be eligible for an FHA loan that would require only 3.5 % down.

Also if you are local, I like to send you to a free course at the Board given the 3rd Saturday every month. It is no costs to you and you get a great book and they pay for breakfast and lunch. I promise you, you wont be bored and you get a certificate that allows for some grants too and you have a good time. I took the course myself. It was excellent!

This will be the start and you have a better understanding in what you have to do and the quickest ways as well. Also, you should get your credit reports and pay extra for your update FICA Scores from all three Credit Bureau, make sure everything is correct.

I think the fastest way to the gulf is somewhere down close to the river. the older sections like Palico Grande, Yacht Club, and savona are the quickest. The prettiest , I think is by Cape Harbour and Tarpon point in the SW portion of Cape Coral. Feel free to contact me 239-677-0505,
