Dorina Soumastre answered:
Good morning,
The rental market has been extremely busy and many people move right after the holidays. Most house rentals in Cape Coral that are affordable are annual rentals, not seasonal. Please email me at Dorinas13@aol.com or call my cell listed below if you would like help in finding a pool home to rent. It has been my experience lately that these houses do rent very quickly so please don't hesitate if you plan to move soon.
Have a great day,
Dorina Soumastre

Big Al,

Rentals in the Cape Coral area can be very tricky, as many homes are distressed and you wouldn't want to find yourself being evicted when an unscrupulous landlord has taken your deposits and rent and then gets foreclosed upon. I would recommend you find a goo agent in the area to help find what you're looking for. ... more

Seasonal or annual? As a starting point, about the best you can do is 520 NW 3rd Ln is available for $800/mo. on an annual lease or for a seasonal rental you could get a 4/2/2 for about $750/wk. Search available listings at my website: www.MarkAryRealty.com ... more
