Canaveral Groves is a bit more rural - you'd want to make your trip to town count. If you need milk, make sure it's on your list! (Just kidding) The area is great if you want a bit more land, privacy, chickens, a garden, horses, ... you get the idea. There's a mix of paved and dirt roads.
