Some landlords will take a chance even if your credit is not that good.
They will assess your situation, check why your credit is low, and
base it there. If you have a negative report based on your rental history then it will be
tough. otherwise, a lot of landlords will either ask you to put down more deposit and even a guarantor.
Same as buying a house everything is negotiable. Especially since you have foster kids they know
you have money from this kids allotted for living space.
